I believe in workforce development training to bring about empowered labor forces and productive businesses!

Teaching and empowering students in competencies and the skills within them will prepare them for a powerful seat at the hiring table as employers unravel the true complexities of competencies into job descriptions, interviews, onboarding, and professional development. Learn how to connect with students through the same exercises and reflections employers are learning to connect with them!

I bring 16 years of workforce pipeline experience including:
CTE instruction, individual and group skills building, employee onboarding / professional development, and employer consulting.
My work is centered on the complexity of workplace competencies from both an education/training perspective and from workforce industry perspective. The mathematics of competencies and the skills within are the common inclusive denominator and are the most powerful tool for students, job applicants, and employers!
