About me
Andy Wells began his life on the Red Lake Indian Reservation in Northern Minnesota. At 10 years of age, while cutting and selling firewood to help support his family, Andy dreamed of a brighter future. Years later, after a 20-year career in public education, Andy founded and built a manufacturing company, Wells Technology, near Bemidji, Minnesota. In gratitude for the many people who have helped him succeed, Andy has built an innovative internship and apprenticeship program to help others who need basic industrial knowledge and skill training to qualify for workforce employment.
