About me
I am the owner of Right4 Your Business, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in providing business and human resource solutions, with over 30 years’ experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and career development.
I have a B.A. in Organizational Communications, an M.A. in Organizational Leadership & Management, and hold certifications in Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and as a Senior Certified Professional (SCP-SPHR) through the International Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). I am an active member in the MN SHRM & TC SHRM chapters and frequent presenter and instructor on a variety of topics.
I am a board member of the Vadnais Heights Economic Development Corporation (VHEDC), where I currently facilitate HR Connections and serve on workforce projects and initiatives, including Career Pathways programs and Inclusive Employer Champions. I am a member of the Minnesota Career Development Association (MCDA) and Past-President of the Minnesota Association of Colleges & Employers (MN ACE).
