Kim Hruba is the Program Manager of the Advanced Resource Center for Innovation & Education (ARC), dedicated to making advanced manufacturing education accessible in northwest Minnesota through collaboration with local industries and educators. In addition to her work in manufacturing, she supports robotics teams and college and career readiness activities and is a published author and book coach. Empowerment guides her work, as she believes in valuing every individual and meeting them where they are.
