About me

I love talking about training and specialize in writing and facilitating for business and educational purposes. For over twenty-five years, I have had one foot in higher education and the other in designing customized interventions at companies. I have worked with over 100 clients from a wide range of organizations including Medtronic, the City of Minneapolis, Habitat for Humanity, and the MSP International Airport. These days I'm most excited to be mentoring graduate students at the University of Minnesota through our Workforce Development Lab. My M.A. is in Human Resource Development & Adult Education and my PhD is in Organizational Leadership, both from the Univ. of MN.
