About me

OEC Program Director/Instructor since 1988. In 1976, Spring Lake Park OEC became the first secondary level EMS training program in the U.S. Courses offered include: First Aid/CPR, Nursing Assistant, Emergency Medical Responder, Emergency Medical Technician, Enhanced EMT, Fire Fighter 1, Technical Rope Rescue, Hazardous Materials Technician, and Self Defense for Women. Would welcome questions about our courses, and how to start similar courses in your schools. OEC has placed in the top 3 at the HOSA International Leadership Conference in EMT annually since 2016. HOSA and community service are key aspects to OEC's overall success.
