About me
We are a company based out of Fargo ND who works with schools, employers, and students to facilitate career exploration, help schools manage work-based learning, connect students directly with companies to develop relationships, and help everyone plan for the future. We do this through our web application Compass. Compass allows employers to share contact information and opportunities with schools and students, schools can manage work-based learning (including time tracking and agreements), and students can capture their Personalized Learning Plan and use that to connect with employers, WBL, and opportunities that they match. Our application is used in every middle school and high school in North Dakota, and several schools in Minnesota.
