About me
The Hospitality Minnesota Education Foundation empowers people from all backgrounds with the training and education they need to secure and advance a career in the hospitality industry. We do this through our high school ProStart and Hospitality & Tourism Management (HTM) curriculums. These high school curriculums, created by the National Restaurant Association and the American Hotel & Lodging Association, foster connections between students, teachers and industry professionals to develop the next generation of hospitality leaders. Plus, because of our large MN DEED grant, we offer grants to high schools to reimburse them for the cost of these curriculums and other related expenses such as educator training, student ServSafe certifications, classroom food, and equipment.
