2024 CTE Works! Summit

Golden Path Solutions helps students, schools, and employers all prepare for the future.  Our application Compass allows schools to manage Work-based Learning process and gives them a tool to help students understand talents, careers paths, and required education for future opportunities.  We also allow employers to create accounts, sharing their connection information with schools as well as creating Work-based Learning opportunities, events, and information about careers.  In the application, a student's real-world experiences in high school (classes, activities, and hobbies) are used to match students to employer opportunities and Work-based Learning, giving them the exposure they need to plan for their future.  Ultimately, Golden Path Solutions helps schools manage the process a student follows through high school to help them find a great career, develop the needed skills, and connect with employers who need them for future workforce.
