About me
They say your career path is often not a straight line, and that is certainly the case for mine.
I wouldn’t change a thing!
As a Field Supervisor for NET USA (a nationally renowned non-profit), I enjoyed using my strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively tailor a message, and passion for training and development, to engage and inspire hundreds of team members to lead dynamic events for organizations across the nation.
I used those same skills and passion for people as the Executive Team Leader - Logistics and Training Resource for Target Corporation, equipping new leaders with the resources they need to drive performance results and maintain a great level of engagement and passion for their jobs.
In my role as the Project Manager for Workforce Development for RealTime Talent, I looked to positively impact Minnesota's workforce by providing training and consultation for colleges, universities, workforce centers, and employer associations, on labor market data tools and process innovation. I was also responsible for social media communication and website management.
I’m in the middle of my newest adventure as the Director of Workforce and Education Strategies for Minnesota State. In partnership with industry, government, and education partners, the Workforce and Economic Development division for Minnesota State seeks to develop the diverse, multi-talented, learning-agile workforce needed to grow Minnesota’s economy now and in the future.
